Refunds and Cancellations

Medical Advancement Center reserves the right to cancel, postpone, change location, change dates or instructors for any of our classes. If a student has prepaid for a class and can not attend or reschedule the class due to a change made by Medical Advancement Center, a full refund will be issued within 7 working days.

Class Refunds: A $50.00 fee will be charged for each paid course that is not attended.  If a request is received, in writing, 5 working days before the start of the class, the student may request to reschedule or may request a refund.  If a refund is requested a $25.00 processing fee will be deducted from the amount paid. The refund will be issued within 7 working days.

Returned (Bad) Checks: A $20.00 returned check charge will be assessed for each check that is returned to Medical Advancement Center by the bank.
